John...I've hit reply below your comment in an effort to address yhe issues raised by you. The thing i like about online foeums like this is yhe way it keep things together...i what are called "threads."

Richard - there are few posts, some looks. Do you think people need more time or maybe some more specific instruction on:
- how to start a new discussion;
- how to comment on an existing discussion;
- how to get questions and comments into the Forum - i.e. Publish?😏
I've added a comment to the "testing CPUC forum" post....so the forum keeps them together. I could have added an image, video smiley face etc.
