Features we Offer


  • individual seating in the sanctuary for 220 people in a variety of layouts

  • an elevator from ground level to the main and second floors, and wheelchair accessible washrooms on both floors

  • sound, stage lighting and data projection technology in the sanctuary

  • large hall/gym upstairs that can accommodate up to 200 people large fully renovated commercial kitchen on the 2nd floor

  • lounge on the main floor, with seating for up to 40 and a small kitchenette

  • meeting room on the main floor, with adjustable table for seating up to 10

Additional Information:

  1. Rental deposits: All casual rentals are payable prior to rental date and require a non-refundable deposit of $20 or 20%, whichever is greater.

  2. Damage deposit: All casual rentals for events over 50 people require a refundable $100 damage deposit.

  3. Security: All casual rentals over 50 people with an approved liquor license are required to pay for a Churchill Park representative to be on-site during the event.

  4. Weekday Discount: A 50% discount shall apply to all week-day (Mon-Fri) daytime (before 5 pm) rentals of the gym, lounge, meeting room and basement.

  5. Special Discount: Monthly renters may arrange additional casual rentals at 50% off the posted rate (Note 4 does not apply)
